An interesting point I learned yesterday about the EOS Accountability System.
Instead of a manager ‘bossing’ the #employee and saying, “Did you do what you said you will do?”.
The manager should not hold other people #accountable for their #tasks.
But the manager should rather say it in a supportive way.
Engage your employees.
“Okay, these are your goals.
How is it going?
What can I do to help you reach your goal?”
That’s accountability in a loving, supportive way.
That’s the definition of accountability.
From a supportive perspective, not from a dictatorship perspective.
