Are you a two-facer?
Here is an integrity test:
Does what you say about your _______ {friend, employee/er, spouse, etc} while you are with them, match with what you say about them behind their back?

Do you say the same things at home – about your work – as you say at work?
Or about the school, community, or friends?
Do you say the same thing in front of your friend, Rabbi, boss, employee, or co-worker?
Believe in the organization you are in.
Believe in the company you are a part of.
Believe in the people you surround yourself with.
#QBQ
Nobody is forcing you to stay at your job/organization/surrounding.
Believe in it, or leave it. You are not a tree!
If you don’t believe in the company that you work with, move on to one that you can believe in, that you agree with their mission and values.

It all starts with knowing who you are and where your strengths lie, and know what you want to accomplish in life.
Know what you want to accomplish this month, this year, this life.
