If you think back, did you really asked important information?

Were there factors that could blindsided you have not discovered?

Factors like:

-Decision maker
-Willingness to make a change
-Stage in the buying process
-Decision criteria (how the decision will be made, not who
makes it)
-Alternative options

Unlikely to gather all these in the initial stage BUT will certainly give clarity how to handle…
