Why is it called the Monday “Blues”?
This usually happens because the weekend was unproductive, therefore causing a low in the mood.
It’s okay to spend a couple of minutes catching up on email and voicemail.

Yes, we have good intentions. We are strong willed for long term success.
But, today, for the short term future, we take one step at a time in order to reach that long term goal!
