A promise made is a promise kept.
Whether it’s a boss to an employee, a peer to peer, or corporate to field and vice versa, nobody should ever be surprised when anyone in the organization keeps a promise.
Whatever we say that we’ll do, we do.
When people treat one another like this, outstanding things happen.

Keep your word because your word is essentially who you are.
I heard this great quote lately: “Words build worlds!”
It’s so true.
Words and promises build trust.
Of course, we’re not even talking about lying and deceit. You should only lie and deceive yourself to positivity — but never to others!
Keep your word and people will learn to rely on you and know that you’re trustworthy.
Do whatever it takes, but keep your word!
