You cannot change other people. You can only change yourself.
Stop asking questions.
When will that person change?
When will the organization change?
When will my boss give me this?
When will my salespeople do this?
When will my customer do that?
When will my wife do this?
When will my children do that?
The school. The organization. The community.
You think everybody needs to do something else.
Stop trying to change people. Change yourself!
Start asking questions how YOU can change.
What can I do?
How can I change?
What can I act?
How can I do it?
Ask questions of ACTION.
A WHAT and a HOW followed by an I.
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change. The courage to change the people I could, and the wisdom to know that that’s me.”
The only action and accountability you can have is on yourself.
This is the journey we will talk about in the following days, from the great book QBQ! The Question Behind The Question by John G. Miller.
Focus on this and I can assure you it will change your life.
Make it a wonderful day ahead!
